　　变电运行是供电企业相对艰苦的岗位，但又是值得尊敬的岗位。刚一进入这个部门时，我就感受得到变电值班员们的质朴与可爱。每逢节假日，当人们在与家人团聚的时候，他们仍然坚守在岗位，即便一句节日的问候也足以让他们感动不已。由于工作的原因，一些来自外地的小伙子们已经好几年没有回家过年了。

　　变电运行又是一项安全责任较大的技术工作，从设备的正常巡视、倒闸操作到事故抢修，都需要我们运行人员细致而准确的应对，容不得丝毫马虎。目前--供电公司监控中心共管辖12个变电站，其中220kv变电站2座、110kv变电站5座、35kv变电站5座，并且有5座城郊变电站正在准备接收之中。班组在人员少、任务重的情况下，战胜了一个又一个困难。多少个酷暑严寒，他们决战在变电所内;多少个滂沱大雨的深夜，为了确保设备的完好运行，他们在设备区排查设备故障和查看变电所排涝情况;多少个日日夜夜，家人在为他们牵挂和担心……无论多么恶劣的自然环境，他们从没有放弃和逃避，这是敬业爱岗精神的真实体现，他们用火一样的热情和默默无闻的奉献精神，实践着自己的人生价值。
